This hotel is terrible. They charge a high price, but the facilities kept breaking down while we were staying here. First, the power was tripped, and then the air conditioner broke down. On the last night, the air conditioner broke down all night, and it was hard to sleep all night. The next day, we negotiated with them, but the supervisor made up all kinds of excuses and avoided us.

We checked into the hotel in the evening. Upon entering our room, we found it well-furnished and comfortable. However, there was a persistent and disturbing noise from the air conditioning system outside. We requested a room change, and our new room was free of any noise. However, upon opening the window in the morning, we discovered that our view was obstructed by a stone wall located just two meters away, creating an enclosed and restrictive atmosphere. We requested another room change, but despite the hotel being nearly empty, our request was not accommodated. The hotel is situated in the old city, allowing easy access to various attractions on foot. Additionally, there is an open-air cafeteria with a scenic view. However, the hotel does not have a dedicated parking area. Breakfast is served à la carte with six options, from which guests can select two. There is no open buffet breakfast available. The staff is generally attentive; however, room service was not satisfactory. Essential amenities such as towels, soap, and complimentary tea were not replenished daily. Additionally, the teacups remained uncleaned for three days. In summary, if you plan to stay at this hotel, it is strongly advised to avoid rooms on the first floor.

We visited for dinner in Budva. We sat at the entrance of the Old Town. There were many tables, and it was very crowded. We thought the service might be delayed, but all our orders were on the table within 30 minutes. We ordered pinsa and soup, and both were delicious. The waiters were very busy but attentive. You can try their desserts; they were good, but it was disappointing to find out that they didn’t have coffee when we wanted to have it with the dessert.

We had lunch in the outdoor restaurant Jacob's Creek. We met Petar outside and he was extremely friendly and helpful with directions. We had no intent on eating there, but I was impressed how he offered to help me even though I was looking for a different restaurant. I asked him to show me the menu. He went through it with great knowledge and enthusiasm. We decided to eat there and it was excellent Suzana was our server and Petar helped her. Both provided excellent service. We had the Chef's Plate, Seafood salad and the Chicken Club. The club sandwich was a bit too much bread, but the other dishes were very good. Overall great service and great atmosphere.

My wife and I were well looked after. Comfortable wide bed. Very clean room. Good food. Great location in an historic town. The staff and waiters are both friendly and super efficient and Slavica and her colleagues at reception most helpful in advice. A good choice if you are planning time in Budva.

I love this hotel. We have a room with a sea view. The sound of the waves is so calming. It’s as close to the public parking, as you can get inside the walls. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is excellent. My only complaint is that the keep the hotel and restaurant really warm.
